1. Application Review : Every application we receive is carefully reviewed to ensure the candidate meets the basic eligibility criteria, such as educational background,           relevant work experience, technical skills, and alignment with the job description.

 

2. Resume Evaluation: We assess resumes for clarity, consistency, and relevance. Priority is given to candidates who demonstrate achievements, relevant industry                    exposure, and a proactive attitude.

 

3. Pre-Screening (Phone/Email) : Shortlisted applicants are contacted for a quick pre-screening via phone or email. This step helps us evaluate

  • Availability to join

  • Salary expectations

  • Work setup (e.g., remote readiness, device & internet access)
